How to change activity icons used in Edwiser RemUI theme?

For Moodle 3.11 and above:

The RemUI theme uses the default Moodle activity icons. To replace the activity icons you may refer to Moodle's guide on how to replace the activity icons.

For Moodle 3.10 and below:

If you want to replace the activity icons with the old gray icons then you need to follow the steps given below:

1. Use  the following link to download the old icons' folder (mod):https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1IueVckNdfcnO2WoB-piG4zrZ0vg8-eeG?usp=sharing
2. Go to Edwiser RemUI theme file > 'pix_plugins' folder and copy-paste the 'mod' folder.
3. Step 3) You need to purge all caches after the changes are done, for that navigate to Site administration > Development > Purge all caches.

The icons you see on the Edwiser RemUI theme are icons pulled from FontAwesome. However, you can customize the icons being shown by following these steps.

Step 1) Go to font-awesome - https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/cheatsheet/

Step 2) Download the desired icon

Step 3) Go to Edwiser RemUI theme file > 'pix_plugins' folder > 'mod' folder > inside 'mod' you can choose the activity whose icon you want to change > replace the icon.svg with the desired icon. > rename the new .svg file as "Icon"

Step 4) You need to purge all cache after the changes are done, for that navigate to Site administration > Development > Purge all caches.
