Edwiser Reports Dashboards loads very slow or does not load at all

The Edwiser Reports Dashboard page loads slowly or does not load at all could be due to many reasons. Please check the following recommendations:

  • Check the number of users and courses available on your Moodle site. At the moment Edwiser Reports support few thousand users and few hundred courses only.
  • Check the following settings 
  1. Administration -> Appearance -> Themes -> Theme settings: Theme designer mode
  2.  Administration -> Appearance -> AJAX and Javascript: Cache Javascript

Theme designer mode should be disabled and Cache js should be enabled.

  • Check for error messages displayed in the developer tools console if any
