How to remove the floating help icon (?) in Moodle 4.0

The help icon (?) popover provides links to Moodle documentation,  Moodle partners, Contact site support and Edwiser One-click feedback.

If you wish to remove this help icon and the popover please add the following CSS in Site Admin > Appearance >Themes > Edwiser RemIU > General Settings > Custom CSS section:
