How to remove the floating help icon (?) in Moodle 4.0

The help icon (?) popover provides links to Moodle documentation,  Moodle partners, Contact site support.

If you wish to remove this help icon and the popover please add the following CSS in Site Admin > Appearance >Themes > Edwiser RemIU > General Settings > Custom CSS section:
