How to Enable "Can Download File" in the Active External Web Service
If you are looking to sync course images from Moodle to WordPress, you need to ensure that the "Can download files" setting is enabled in the active external web service. Here's how you can enable this setting in a few easy steps:
Step 1: Navigate to Moodle Site Admin Log in to your Moodle site as an administrator and navigate to the Site Administration page.
Step 2: Search for External Services In the Site Administration page, use the search bar to find "External Services." Click on it to access the External Services page.
Step 3: Edit Active External Services On the External Services page, find the active external service you are currently using to sync course images. Click on the "Edit" button next to it.
Step 4: Expand the Page Once you have accessed the Active External Service page, you need to expand it by clicking on the "Show more" button at the bottom of the page.
Step 5: Enable "Can Download Files" setting now check the box next to "Can download files" to enable this setting.
Step 6: Save Changes After enabling the "Can download files" setting, click on the "Save changes" button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Important Note: Make sure that you have selected the active web service that you are currently using.
