Manual Checks - If the above diagnostic Fails
Perform the below-mentioned manual checks only if the initial diagnostic checks have been completed and the connection issue persists
🔵 Verify that all courses on the Moodle site are in a complete state and not stuck in a "Copying/Restoration" process.
🔵 If using security plugins like Wordfence, ModSecurity, or similar, ensure that the WordPress and Moodle IP addresses and URLs are whitelisted.
🔵 If using a caching middleware like Cloudflare, ensure that requests to the WordPress REST API endpoint used by the integration are not being cached or blocked.
🔵 Test the connection on WordPress and then on Moodle. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us with the outcome of the following error log if the connection fails on the WordPress site.
By systematically checking these points, you should be able to pinpoint the cause of the connection failure and take appropriate corrective actions.
