User enrollment issues!

Please try the following troubleshooting steps to debug the issue.

➤ Ensure you have the current version of the Edwiser Bridge(On Moodle/WordPress) and WooCommerce Integration plugin on the WordPress site.

➤ Check if the Edwiser Bridge Test Connection reads " Successful" on WordPress and Moodle.

➤ If you are using WordPress Edwiser Bridge 2.2.4 / Moodle Edwiser Bridge 2.2.2 and above, then you may also test the enrollment configuration with one click.

If you are using WooCommerce Integration Extension for selling Moodle courses as WooCommerce Products, then please check the following settings;

Check if the course price type is set to 'Closed' and the course should be “Published” and not in the draft.

➥ Please check the video to configure the WooCommerce Product correctly.

Thereafter, please check the user enrollment process. If the issue persists, please check the following advanced settings.

In case you are using Edwiser Bridge Pro 3.0.1 and WooCommerce 8.0, 8.1, and 8.2 (If you are currently using Edwiser Bridge Pro 3.0.1 or an earlier version, please refer to this step. However, if you are using Edwiser Bridge Pro 3.0.2 or a newer version, you can skip this step.)
