User enrollment issues!
Please try the following troubleshooting steps to debug the issue.
➤ Check if the Edwiser Bridge Test Connection reads " Successful" on WordPress and Moodle.
➤ If you are using WordPress Edwiser Bridge 2.2.4 / Moodle Edwiser Bridge 2.2.2 and above, then you may also test the enrollment configuration with one click.
If you are using WooCommerce Integration Extension for selling Moodle courses as WooCommerce Products, then please check the following settings;
➥ Please check the video to configure the WooCommerce Product correctly.
Thereafter, please check the user enrollment process. If the issue persists, please check the following advanced settings.
➥ In case you are using Edwiser Bridge Pro 3.0.1 and WooCommerce 8.0, 8.1, and 8.2 (If you are currently using Edwiser Bridge Pro 3.0.1 or an earlier version, please refer to this step. However, if you are using Edwiser Bridge Pro 3.0.2 or a newer version, you can skip this step.)
➥ In case you are using Moodle version 4.5 and above and have not configured an Email SMTP client on the Moodle site and on WordPress, you receive the following error:
Option A: Kindly configure the SMTP email client on the Moodle site for sending and receiving emails to ensure that messages are delivered successfully.
Option B: If you are unable to do so, please disable the following setting on your Moodle site:
www.yourmoodlesite.com/admin/message.php (Please replace the URL with that of your site while keeping the remaining path unchanged.)
Press Control + F and search for "Welcome Message for new course enrolments."
Please disable the email notification as illustrated in the image below.
