User Enrollment Issue - Advanced Settings

Required settings on the Moodle Site.

➥ Check if Rest protocol is enabled in Manage protocols.

➥ Check if you have enabled 'Web Services' in advanced features.

➥ User default preferences.

➥ Allow extended characters in usernames.

Required settings on the  WordPress Site.

➥ Enable Manual Enrollment.

➥ Language code on WordPress and Moodle should be the same.

➥ Test the enrollment on WordPress site. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us with the outcome of the following error log.
