User Enrollment Issue - Advanced Settings

Required settings on the Moodle Site.

Check if Rest protocol is enabled in Manage protocols.

Check if you have enabled 'Web Services' in advanced features.

User default preferences.

Allow extended characters in usernames.

Required settings on the  WordPress Site.

Enable Manual Enrollment.

Language code on WordPress and Moodle should be the same.

➥ Test the enrollment on WordPress site. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us with the outcome of the following error log.


➥ Should you have activated the "Expire Access" feature in the Edwiser Bridge Course on WordPress, kindly specify the number of days in the "Expire access after (days)" field. Failing to do so may result in issues with enrolment.

➥ If you are providing products on a subscription basis, you will need to deactivate the setting labelled "Disable Account Creation if Payment Failed" within the Edwiser WooCommerce Integration settings tab.
